About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation in Bulacan, Central Luzon. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the logistics team, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing storage and distribution processes to meet customer demands
  3. Analysing data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Providing training and guidance to logistics personnel to improve their skills and performance
  7. Identifying and addressing any operational issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or warehousing industry
  2. Including at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing teams of 5-15 logistics key personnel
  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
  5. Experience with SAP WMS, Oracle WMS, or similar warehouse management systems; proficiency in Excel and inventory tracking software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuously improve processes and procedures
  8. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  9. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  10. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  11. Valid forklift operator certification; OSHA safety training certification preferred; knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards an advantage
