Inventory Analyst

Work Location: South Caloocan City (with future relocation at Balagtas, Bulacan)

Job Description:

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling inventory data to ensure accuracy between system records and actual stock. This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse efficiency, identifying discrepancies, and recommending solutions to improve inventory control and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify discrepancies between:
• System stock vs. physical count
• Expected vs. actual usage
• Receipts vs. invoices
• Determine root causes of variances (e.g., miscounts, damaged stock, unrecorded transactions, or data entry errors).
• Provide reports and insights to help reduce future discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit Daily Cycle Count Results to management.
• Lead or supervise cycle counting activities when the Senior Analyst or Supervisor is unavailable.
• Conduct physical inventory checks as needed and support during audit periods.
• Act on instructions from the immediate superior as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.

Working Conditions:

• Office and warehouse environment.
• May require occasional stock checking, overtime, or weekend work during inventory audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or any related field.
• With 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City with future relocation at Balagtas, Bulacan.
• Can start ASAP.
