  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • With 3+ years' experience in Human Resources. Preferably (but not required) with 2+ years' work experience in Logistic and Warehouse Industry
  • Expertise on Recruitment, Timekeeping, Employee Relations, and Compenben.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Manage hiring processes, job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote workplace harmony.
  • Handle payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in appraisals and goal setting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
