Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for creating sales opportunities and ensuring consistent revenue growth for Luftcrete Philippines' ALC wall panel systems. The role involves developing new accounts, mentoring sales representatives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create sales opportunities within target markets, projects, and key accounts.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and client product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Perform site visits to assess project requirements and recommend technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and client documentation.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Job Specifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Administration

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of solid experience in construction materials sales (preferably AAC/ALC panels, wall systems, or cement-based products)
  • Proven track record in creating and managing sales opportunities
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in sales preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of construction industry workflows and technical terms
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willing to travel and perform site work as needed
  • With valid driver's license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
