Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operation Specialist is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of solar energy products including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and accessories. The role ensures proper inventory management, quality control, and timely coordination with procurement, logistics, and installation teams to support solar project operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming solar products.
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive equipment such as solar panels, inverters, and electronic components to prevent damage.
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and accessibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse area.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory counts.
  • Update inventory records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, serial number tracking, and lot identification of solar materials.

3. Shipping and Dispatch

  • Prepare and process delivery orders, packing lists, and shipment documents.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Verify product quantities and conditions before dispatch.
  • Support project teams with accurate and timely delivery of materials to sites.

4. Quality and Compliance

  • Conduct visual and functional checks of products upon arrival.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer storage requirements (e.g., temperature, stacking limits).
  • Report damages, discrepancies, or non-conformities immediately to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and implement warehouse best practices.

5. Coordination and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate warehouse records (receiving reports, inventory sheets, delivery receipts).
  • Work closely with procurement, accounting, and operations departments for reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements for inventory and logistics documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (experience with solar or electrical products is an advantage).
  • Knowledge in ERP systems or Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
  • Familiarity with handling solar products (Trina panels, Solax inverters, mounting systems, etc.) advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse duties and occasional lifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
