Quarantine Supervisor

Job description:

The Quarantine Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all quarantine-related activities within the facility.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Supervise and monitor all quarantine areas within the facility to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quarantine procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or release of quarantined items.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams regarding quarantined products for investigation, rework, release, or disposal.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of quarantine areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
• Generate regular reports on quarantine activities, trends, and compliance performance.

What are the Skills and Qualifications?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse, or production operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of quarantine procedures, GMP, ISO, HACCP, or other quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
