Operations Officer (Customer Success)

As our Operations Officer – Customer Success, you'll be at the heart of Connect PH's growth. You'll ensure that our power bank stations are properly deployed, actively maintained, and maximized to their full potential. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for our partner merchants, making sure they get the most value out of our partnership.

This is a hybrid role that involves fieldwork, coordination with partners, and hands-on operations management.

What you'll do here:

Pre-Acquisition Support

  • Support the business development team in assessing location's suitability.
  • Assist the team in generating new leads.

Station Deployment

  • Prepare/set up the power bank stations and any other additional materials for deployment and installation, making sure they are ready for use.

Partner Onboarding

  • Onboard new partner merchants on the usage of rentable power banks.
  • Ensure partner merchants are knowledgeable about our product and will promote it within their community

Partner Initiatives & Growth

  • Be the go-to person for partner merchants – answer questions, provide updates, and build good relationships.
  • Monitor station performance and suggest ways to improve usage.
  • Visit stations for check up and maintenance.
  • Keep partners engaged for future opportunities.

Operational Coordination

  • Assist the marketing team in events and other activities
  • Maintain accurate record of inventory of products
  • Other tasks may be assigned

  • Are willing to travel multiple times a week

This role requires a valid 4-wheels driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
