The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on Shopee and Lazada, ensuring smooth product and catalog management, campaign participation, and operational efficiency. This role supports sales growth by maintaining accurate product listings, enrolling in platform campaigns, and tracking performance. The specialist also collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment across fulfillment, marketing, live commerce, and affiliate activities, contributing to the overall success of the company's e-commerce strategy.

Product & Catalog Management

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, stock levels, and categorization.
  • Maintain compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.

Campaign Enrollment & Execution

  • Enroll products in platform campaigns (double days, mega sales, payday events, flash sales).
  • Coordinate campaign requirements such as vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely updates to the Account Manager.

Operational Support

  • Encode and maintain trackers for sales, inventory, and campaign participation.
  • Assist in voucher creation, bundle setup, and promo configurations.
  • Support daily operations, including order monitoring and platform-related tasks.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Generate reports on sales performance, campaign results, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Share insights with the Account Manager to support strategy and planning.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Account Officer/Manager, Live Commerce Officer, and Affiliate Relations Officer to align cross-platform strategies.
  • Support fulfillment, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
