Position Overview

  • No Experience Required
  • ₱18,000 Basic Pay
  • Work Location: Onsite (Hybrid after 6 months, may vary)– Makati City
  • Shifting Schedule: Morning, Midshift, Night

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates welcome — no experience needed
  • At least 2 years in college (undergrad) or a college graduate
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level and above)
  • Residing within NCR or nearby for better site access – at least 50KM radius from IT Hub Building Chino Roces, Makati City

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide booking and travel support before, during, and after their journey
  • Ensure a smooth, delightful experience for passengers

What You'll Get:

  • HMO coverage on Day 1
  • Night shift differential rate in the operations (10pm to 6am) of 10% hourly rate/hour
  • Meal and Transportation allowance in the operations (10pm-6am) of 200php/night
  • New Hire Allowance of 2,500php/month upon endorsement in the operations

  • Additional allowances and incentives upon regularization
