The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and performance of the store. This role ensures that store activities align with company standards, sales targets, and customer service excellence. The Branch Manager will lead and develop the branch team, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the brand image while driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations & Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper merchandising, store cleanliness, and adherence to the brand guidelines.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive branch sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Develop sales strategies and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train and supervise branch staff (sales consultants, cashiers, and support staff).
- Set individual and team performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve staff skills and ensure excellent customer service.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performance work culture.
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Present professionalism and quality in branch operations
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance to management.
- Manage branch budget, cash handling, and safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile industry.
- Willing to go under 2-3 months training.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
