We're Hiring: Branch Manager for a Wellness & Grooming Store

Department: Branch Operations

Reports to: Area Operations Manager

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Work Arrangement: 6 days a week

Join our team as a Branch Manager, where you'll take charge of day-to-day branch operations, drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding service experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor staff performance.
  • Implement company standards on inventory, customer service, and operations.
  • Handle client concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Supervise staff performance, schedules, training, and overall branch readiness.
  • Coordinate with various departments (HR, Marketing, Facilities, Accounting) for branch-related needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Medical-related fields).
  • At least 3 years of experience in branch/store management, ideally in the wellness or grooming industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of problem-solving, decision-making, and team motivation.
