Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the sales, service and parts operations of the branch. He/she conceptualizes and develops strategies and action plans and monitors implementation of the same to ensure achievement of profitability targets. He/she is also responsible in leading all employees and ensure that they are properly coached, mentored and trained, and compliant to company policies and guidelines. The Branch Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the branch and its operations follow the government regulations and company policies to minimize risks and minimize safety hazards.

Job Requirements:

  • With at least five (5) years' automotive industry experience in a managerial capacity;
  • With substantial experience in dealership sales from identifying potential customers to sustaining relationships to increase sales volume;
  • With an in-depth knowledge of business development, client management, financial and operational risk management;
  • With a strong understanding of automotive standards and practices, service and parts operations, forecasting and inventory management, and performance management
