Sales Engineer – Medium Voltage Switchgear & HV Substation Services

About the role

As a Sales Engineer at HOM-COR, you will drive business growth by promoting medium voltage switchgear and high-voltage substation services. This role blends technical knowledge with strong sales and marketing skills to build client relationships, generate new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and presentations.

Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Marketing & Strategy

Support marketing initiatives by preparing general promotional materials and documentation.

Assist in creating strategies to strengthen brand presence and market reach.

Conduct visual presentations to showcase products and services effectively.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with technical and other departments to ensure accurate specifications and smooth project execution.

Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical products or power systems.

Strong technical understanding of medium voltage switchgear and HV substation solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
