About the role

As a Technical Sales Engineer at MVA Powersystems Development Corp., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by providing expert technical guidance and support to our valued clients. Based in Quezon City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leveraging your exceptional product knowledge and sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and pain points
  2. Recommending and demonstrating the most appropriate products and services to address their challenges
  3. Preparing detailed technical proposals and presentations to secure new business
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth
  5. Staying abreast of industry trends, product developments and competitor activity
  6. Providing post-sales technical support and liaising with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
  7. Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a technical sales engineer or similar role in the Generator Set and power systems industry
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of technical sales experience in power systems is required
  3. Excellent understanding of power generation, transmission and distribution technologies
  4. Specific experience with generators and power generation equipment is required
  5. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand solutions
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
  7. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  8. Mechanical engineering degrees are acceptable in addition to electrical engineering qualifications
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  10. A results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
