Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Accountant – Bank Reconciliation with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
  • Compare bank statements with company records and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work closely with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized reconciliation records and supporting documents.
  • Assist auditors by providing necessary reconciliation reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Support in cash flow reporting and forecasting activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bank reconciliation or general accounting.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
