About the role

We are seeking a talented HMO Account Associate to join our dynamic team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management and support to our valued HMO clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the smooth delivery of our healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HMO clients, responding to inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
  2. Manage the onboarding process for new HMO clients, ensuring seamless implementation of services
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, monitoring utilisation and generating detailed reports
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by HMO clients
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients
  7. Participate in regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on account performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an HMO account management or client service role
  2. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and HMO operations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
