JOB SUMMARY

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible in making sure that all company receivables are properly recorded and billed, collections are collected on or before the due date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process invoices or statement of account on a daily basis.
  • Scheduling of billing delivery.
  • Daily collection and monitoring of AR accounts.
  • Recording of transactions in SAP AR module.
  • Involves audit and reconciliation of all receivables which includes. but not limited to Hotel and F&B transactions, Theatre & Cinema, Mall Tenants, Casino transactions and other activities / events held at any properties of NWR.
  • Credit card payment tagging and reconciliations.
  • Process accreditation requirement of corporation, companies and travel agents who wished for a sent bill arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field
  • At least one (1) year experience in billing and collection, credit assessment, credit analysis, audit, reconciliation, aging and monitoring of receivables
  • Preferably with experience working in Hotel, Mall and Theatre industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to collate, analyze, and derive/present insights from data
  • Proficient in statistical techniques and tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Advanced skills in Dynamic System Reporting (DRS), SQL, and SAS
