We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Accountant with 6 months to 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation and general accounting support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of bank statements, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank records and general ledger.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare journal entries related to banking transactions.
  • Liaise with banks and internal teams to address reconciliation issues.
  • Assist with audit requests related to banking and cash transactions.
  • Support the finance team in accounts payable/receivable as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in bank reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
