Project Location: Mandaue City, Cebu

Job Description:

  • Responsible in following, complying and implementing the RLB Quality Management System (ISO) as to filing, documentation and control.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports based on the drafts and other information provided by the Construction Manager and other member of the Project Team

  • In-charge of preparing and handling documentation requirements for meetings and other project agendas.
  • Ensure that site office/s are properly maintained and other safety requirements are in place.
  • Assure that office equipments and apparatus are taken cared off as to control, preventive maintenance and protections. Coordinates with IT department for regular maintenance of computers and other equipment.
  • Attend to telephone calls and documents to be sent and received thru fax and e-mails and ensure that information are properly disseminated
  • In-charge of monitoring, ordering (request) and coordinating of office supplies and equipments.
  • Regularly update project monitoring/bulletin board. Coordinate with other members of the project team for the needed information
  • Ensures that all documents for transmittal and distribution are submitted on time and maintain tracking logbook.
  • Ensures that all project reports are submitted to the Immediate Superior or the Construction Manager/Management and Owner for their proper information
  • Monitor issuance of drawing and other information issued For Construction by the consultants and regularly update for any revision

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering related course, preferrably BS CE
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Computer literate of MS Software
  • Good in written and oral communication skills
