Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress
  • Assist the Project Engineer/Site Supervisor in work planning and scheduling
  • Ensure materials, tools, and manpower requirements are available on site
  • Monitor compliance with safety rules, company policies, and site standards
  • Conduct daily site inspections and report issues or delays
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly accomplishment and incident reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Assist in quality control and workmanship inspections
  • Support documentation such as site logs, and checklists
  • Communicate site concerns and updates to management promptly

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in site coordination or construction operations (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Knowledge of basic construction/site operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under site conditions
  • Willing to work on-site and extend working hours if required
