About the Role:

The Technical Assistant provides essential support to the project management and engineering teams by assisting in quality assurance monitoring, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. This role ensures that project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining organized and accurate technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Monitoring and Documentation

  • Provide assistance in QA/QC monitoring and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Compile and organize project progress reports, estimates, and technical documents.
  • Maintain proper filing, tracking, and documentation of all project-related materials.
  • Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Technical and Administrative Support

  • Prepare and evaluate progress billings of contractors.
  • Prepare purchase requests (PR) for OSM and general construction requirements.
  • Assist in collating all requirements for Land Title Securing (LTS).
  • Conduct or assist in bid evaluations and documentation of results.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Maintain records and checklists for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project monitoring.
  • Ensure that all project documents are accurate, updated, and aligned with company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or technical support.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with technical drawings or project management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
