Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check and process supplier invoices and payment requests.
  • Make sure all documents are complete and approved before payment.
  • Record payments and expenses in the system on time.
  • Prepare and release checks or online payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and fix any payment issues.
  • Keep organized records of all invoices and payments.
  • Monitor due dates to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving teams to confirm deliveries.
  • Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.
  • Help with reports and audit requirements when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or disbursement.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
