About the Role:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong Digital Marketing skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a Go High Level specialist who can manage campaigns, create engaging social media content and reels, and use AI tools to maximize efficiency and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Go High Level workflows, campaigns, and automations
  • Create, schedule, and post social media content (including reels) across platforms
  • Support digital marketing tasks including email campaigns, lead generation, and analytics
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports
  • Handle general VA tasks related to project coordination and client support

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Hands-on expertise with Go High Level (GHL)
  • Strong knowledge of social media management (posting, reels, engagement strategies)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content and marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design experience (Canva or similar)
  • Basic video editing for reels/short-form content
  • Experience in lead generation or CRM management
