HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for:
- Providing assistance in planning and executing AIM Employee Engagement events within the agreed timeline and scope.
- Supporting and coordinating Organizational Development (OD) programs to promote employee growth and institutional effectiveness.
- Administering employee benefits, including both government-mandated and company-initiated programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Overseeing timekeeping processes to ensure timely and accurate attendance and payroll-related records.
- Maintaining employee records, both digital and physical, in accordance with data privacy and record-keeping standards.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and compliance with HR policies.
- Assisting in applicant sourcing, hiring, and other recruitment activities
This is a project-based role with an expected duration of 1 year.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 6 months of relevant HR experience such as but not limited to employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, timekeeping and employee records, and onboarding and offboarding processes.
Technical Competencies:
Basic knowledge of employee engagement frameworks and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)
- Strong project planning, implementation, and monitoring skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong coordination skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
