Job Title: Appointment Setting Team Leader (Solar Energy)

Location: Pampanga, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (On-site)

Reporting To: Australian Client / Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Appointment Setting Team Leader to lead and manage a team of 10 Appointment Setters supporting an Australian Solar Energy business. This role is not a hands-on appointment setting position. Instead, the successful candidate will focus on coaching, quality assurance, performance management, and stakeholder communication to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality appointments that convert into sales.

The Team Leader will act as the key liaison between the appointment-setting team in the Philippines and the Australian sales and management teams, ensuring alignment to sales goals, lead quality standards, and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10 Appointment Setters to consistently meet quality and performance standards.
• Implement daily huddles, performance check-ins, and ongoing skill development focused on objection handling, qualification, and customer engagement.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture.

Quality Assurance & Performance Management

• Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure adherence to scripts, qualification criteria, compliance, and client expectations.
• Ensure appointments booked are sales-ready, well-qualified, and aligned with Australian market requirements.
• Track and analyse team performance metrics including appointment quality, show rates, and sales outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Australian client.
• Collaborate closely with the Australian sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and continuously refine qualification criteria.
• Ensure the appointment-setting strategy supports the end goal of generating sufficient qualified appointments to achieve targeted monthly sales outcomes.

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily workflows, schedules, and adherence to working hours and processes.
• Ensure systems and scheduling tools are used correctly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and documentation related to performance and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance.

Key Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Consistent delivery of high-quality, well-qualified appointments
• Positive feedback and conversion outcomes from the Australian sales team
• Team performance aligned to achieving approximately 20 final sales per salesperson per month
• Strong coaching outcomes and measurable improvement across the team
• Clear, actionable reporting and communication with Australian stakeholders

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role managing outbound sales or appointment-setting teams.
• Proven experience coaching teams to improve quality, not just volume.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, and appointment-setting best practices.
• Experience in the solar energy industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage performance, deliver difficult feedback, and make clear recommendations when required.
• Must be a current resident of Pampanga, Philippines.
• Willingness to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
