Remote Customer Support Representative
(Project-Based Contract: February to September)
About the Role
This position is a project-based employment contract from February to September. The role may be extended or converted to a regular position based on performance and business needs.
Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed, with continuous updates and support throughout the season.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and callback queue calls, live chats, and email support.
- Manage an average of 300+ contacts weekly, assisting both customers and service providers on operational issues.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication and efficient issue resolution related to app navigation, payments, and scheduling.
- Maintain high-quality service and adherence to company policies and call handling standards.
- Work within defined performance and productivity metrics while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Work Schedule:
Our operations run Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM CST, and Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.You will work 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate; some college preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience supporting U.S. customers.
- Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/VoIP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Desktop or laptop with camera (Core i5, 12GB RAM minimum), and noise-canceling headset.
- Dual monitor setup preferred.
- Reliable power and internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps, with at least 10 Mbps backup).
- Preferred ISPs: PLDT or Converge.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Salary: Php 45,000 per month
- Incentive Pay: Up to an additional $2.00/hour based on performance
- Statutory benefits in compliance with Philippine law (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, and applicable taxes).
- Holiday pay and night differential in accordance with DOLE standards

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
