The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Calendar management: Organizing and managing the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and events.
- Inbox & Workflow Coordination: Maintain executive inbox and integrate task management via Trello, Asana, or a similar shared dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups and execution.
- Meeting coordination: Scheduling, preparing for, and attending meetings. This includes creating and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Travel arrangements: Booking and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, for the executive and sometimes for visiting clients or partners.
- Documentation and reporting: Managing, organizing, and maintaining important documents, files, and records. You may also be responsible for compiling and formatting materials for presentations or reports.
- Project Management: Track and manage internal initiatives and external advisory or nonprofit board projects—such as annual planning cycles and strategic performance updates. .
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Logistics & Event Coordination: Own checklists for executive meetings, internal meetings, off-site events, and special projects—including managing catering, materials, and scheduling needs.
- LinkedIn & Research Support: Support executive positioning, business development, and thought leadership by curating content and industry connections around sustainability, executive leadership, and promotional product innovation. Monitor key accounts and industry events.
- Office administration: Assisting with general administrative tasks.
- Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant for a C-Suite level report, or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, , , with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
- Exposure to project management tools (Trello or Asana).
- Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary Range: Php 50,000- Php 55,000
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
