Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional looking for a long-term remote opportunity? DCX is continuously seeking highly skilled Home-Based Senior Bookkeepers to join our pool of candidates for our U.S.-based clients. This general consideration posting allows us to review applicants weekly and match them to client openings as they arise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
• Manage accounts payable: enter invoices, schedule payments, and process checks.
• Manage accounts receivable: handle invoicing, collections, and payment posting.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP standards.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize accounting software effectively and ensure all systems are up to date.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior bookkeeping staff.
• Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and other financial professionals as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Bookkeeping or General Accounting (offshore experience preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting systems.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge:
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Sales tax remittance and compliance handling.
• Commission calculation and tracking.
• In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles and account reconciliation.
• Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred but not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 – 60,000
