ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for skilled communicators who are passionate about helping others. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage inquiries and communications between insurance providers and patients.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Customer Facing/ Care Agents
- You will manage the communication between insurance providers and patients
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- You may also schedule appointments, QC schedule, make reminder calls, and follow ups
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Healthcare and/or insurance background is a PLUS
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Background
- Speaks well and ability to build rapport
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in emails and chats
