Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of strong internal controls. This role will also drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, tax reporting, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities to guide management decisions.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and enhance accounting systems, processes, and internal controls for greater efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA license preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Willing to work onsite
