We're looking for a Business Process Analyst who thrives on transforming processes into clear, accessible knowledge that empowers teams to succeed. You'll embrace automation at every opportunity and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. You'll partner with clients to create SOPs, process guides, and knowledge bases while identifying automation opportunities. You'll be the bridge between complex processes and clear documentation that teams actually use - always looking for ways to make things more efficient.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in documentation, administrative support, records management, or client-facing roles
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in documentation or knowledge management
  • Proven experience collaborating directly with clients or internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
  • Demonstrated passion for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Scribe and Document360 (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with document management systems like SharePoint, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of version control and document tracking best practices
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, or similar (highly valued)
  • Bonus: Experience with process mapping or workflow visualization tools
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
