Job description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant with strong graphic design skills and hands-on experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and others. In this role, you will help elevate our digital storefront, create compelling product visuals, and support efficient order fulfillment processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Salary Range: 30, ,000

Job Type: Full-time | Morning Shift (7 AM – 4 PM) | Fixed Weekends Off

What You'll Do

  • Create and curate visually engaging product images and promotional content for e-commerce listings.
  • Edit and enhance product photos using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to meet brand and platform standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on banners, campaigns, and visual assets for websites and ads.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and e-commerce best practices.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and updates across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
  • Assist in inventory management, product uploads, and catalog maintenance.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of e-commerce stores, including troubleshooting listing issues.
  • Track product performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other creative software (e.g., Illustrator, Canva).
  • Experience managing stores and listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee.
  • Strong understanding of order processing workflows, including shipping updates and customer service coordination.
  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality visual and product content.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing trends, SEO for listings, and digital asset management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills – able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams.
  • A creative eye for design and layout to make products stand out online.
