Are you a people-first leader with a passion for healthcare operations? Join our growing team as a Medical Centre Manager, where you'll play a key role in supporting Australian healthcare services from our Pampanga office.

In this role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, productive work culture. Your ability to train, support, and inspire others will directly impact the quality of care our partner clinics deliver.

Job Type: Full-time | Morning Shift (7 AM – 4 PM) | Fixed Weekends Off | ONSITE

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a team of administrative, clinical, and support staff
  • Oversee and deliver engaging training using SOPs and video tools
  • Run daily huddles to share updates, celebrate wins, and align goals
  • Monitor team performance and coach staff through feedback and mentoring
  • Resolve operational challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare standards (Medicare, billing, clinical systems)
  • Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and staff development
  • Maintain clear communication between management and frontline staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Team management experience in an Australian healthcare setting is a plus
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Clear and confident communication — both written and verbal
  • Experience in staff training, onboarding, and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with Australian GP clinic operations, Medicare billing, and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • A collaborative and empathetic leadership style
