We're looking for a highly capable and detail-driven Accountant to join our team and support both clinical and business operations.

You'll be working closely with our Business Development Manager to process payroll for doctors and staff, and generate insights using performance data to drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, understands healthcare metrics, and enjoys turning raw data into valuable insights.

  • Salary: 40,000
  • Job Type: Full-time | Morning Shift (7 AM – 4 PM) | Fixed Weekends Off
  • Fully On-site; Sto. Crito, Angeles City, Pampanga. (Near Hi Precision Diagnostics)

What You'll Do

  • Process doctors' payment via Google Sheets and Banking Platform
  • Manage staff wages using the Tanda workforce system.
  • Use PentCat software to extract and analyze clinical and billing data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with medical, admin, and business teams to ensure data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have experience in bookkeeping.
  • Advance knowledge in Google sheets and excel.
  • Experience in Tanda or similar payroll/rostering software.
  • Pencat or healthcare performance platforms.
  • Knowledge of Medicare item numbers and GP clinic billing (desirable)
  • Strong attention to details, organizational skill and good communication skills.
