As our HR Admin Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions to ensure smooth operations, legal compliance, and a positive, productive work environment. This leadership role combines strategic HR management with administrative oversight, making you a key contributor to both employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Maintain updated HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement through company events, training, and development initiatives.
- Provide HR-related reports and metrics to management for workforce planning and decision-making.
Administration
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Implement administrative systems and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Manage company permits, licenses, compliance documents, and audits.
- Lead document management, including filing, retrieval, and secure disposal of records.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners for office and operational needs.
- Monitor and manage company assets, inventories, and administrative budgets.
- Provide support to HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative coordination.
- Lead, train, and evaluate administrative staff to ensure productivity and service excellence.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and/or administrative management roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/administrative tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality.
