Accounting and Finance Associate

Duties:

  • Preparation of Monthly Purchases encoded in SLSP system (BIR):
  • Preparation of Monthly Collections encoded in SLSP system (BIR):
  • Summary of Petty cash:
  • Summary of Collection for VAT payable:
  • Preparation of Monthly Receivable Schedule:
  • Preparation of Monthly Sales Schedule to encode to accounting system:
  • Assist in Government mandatory payments such as SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF:
  • Summary of Expanded Withholding Tax payable:
  • Assist in banking such as check deposits:
  • Preparation of payable vouchers:
  • Preparation of checks:
  • Assist in the development and improvement of overall operations of the Accounting and Finance Department
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, and Management

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
