About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Debits / Bid Loading Associate to support our Sales and Finance Operations team. The role involves processing special vendor pricing requests, loading bids into the system, and assisting in vendor debit claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate special pricing or bid requests from the sales team.
  • Accurately load vendor-approved bids and discounts into internal systems.
  • Prepare and submit vendor debit claims to recover discount reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and vendor teams to resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update pricing records and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Generate and review pricing reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist with pricing audits and reconciliations as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in pricing, sales administration, accounting support, or data processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Willing to work
    onsite
    and perform repetitive data validation tasks with accuracy.
