Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to build a career in finance and accounting. The Finance Associate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
  • Support payroll preparation and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Record and monitor financial transactions in the company system
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
