Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistant to join our remote team. Based in the Philippines, this full-time role will support our doctors in the USA by handling a wide range of office-based tasks remotely. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and patient records.
  • Handling correspondence with patients and other healthcare providers.
  • Assisting with billing and insurance claims processing.
  • Preparing and maintaining medical documents and reports.
  • Providing support for telehealth services, including technical assistance for both doctors and patients.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a medical office or similar role is highly preferred.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and have a reliable internet connection.
