Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team. The incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients in a remote healthcare setting. This role is responsible for managing patient communication, appointment coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. The position requires professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to uphold the clinics quality of service.

What You'll Do:

Patient Communication and Scheduling:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and patient messages in a professional and timely manner

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments (in-person and telehealth)

  • Verify and update patient demographics before each visit

  • Send appointment reminders, instructions, and follow-up messages through EMR or patient portal

Administrative Support:

  • Perform data entry, prepare daily logs or reports, and support other front-office functions as needed

  • Send labs or documents through patient portal

  • Answer over 75 calls in a day

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred but not required) (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or any related field)

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in medical office, healthcare BPO, or customer service role (preferably with US healthcare exposure)

  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information confidentially
