We're Hiring: HR Specialist (PH Labor Compliance & Payroll)

Work Setup: Full-time, Temporary, Work From Home

Key Responsibilities include:

Payroll review & validation (time, OT, ND, allowances)

Government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) reconciliation & compliance

Employee relations & labor compliance (due process, DOLE reports, hearings)

Drafting NTEs, minutes, and decisions for cases

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

Maintaining records, trackers, and HR reports

What we're looking for:

  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

  • Experience in payroll checking & employee relations

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive cases with fairness

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
