About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our growing team at CCFCC in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with a variety of HR functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing personnel files, processing employee paperwork, and maintaining HR records and databases
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the selection of candidates
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws in the Philippines
