Human Resources Officer

General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to HRD functions and programs
- Provide information and assistance to the employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, or any related program
- With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field
- With extensive experience in handling general HR functions and strong exposure in Recruitment, Employee/Labor Relations, HR Process Improvements, Training & Development, and HR Administration
Skills/Experience:
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees and members of the HR Team
- With excellent interpersonal skills and high customer orientation
- Has a sense of urgency and passion for excellence
- Critical thinking and ability to integrate concepts and formulate sound recommendations
Job Type: Full-time

- Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
