Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives that strengthen brand identity, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role is responsible for developing cohesive brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring all brand touchpoints are aligned with business goals and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and awareness across all channels
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, traditional media, PR, and events) that align with brand goals
  • Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to understand customer behavior, market trends, and brand perception
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning
  • Manage brand assets and ensure consistent application of visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across all materials
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to produce high-impact marketing collateral and content
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver reports with actionable insights and optimization plans
  • Identify growth opportunities through innovation, partnerships, influencer marketing, and emerging trends
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the brand or marketing team
