An eCommerce Brand Manager is a marketing professional who manages and oversees an organization's brand on eCommerce platforms.

They are pivotal in enhancing a brand's online presence, managing products portfolios and maximizing profits.

As an essential player in the e-commerce industry, the Brand Manager ensures that the brand's image is consistent, compelling and tailored to its target audience. They take a strategic approach to promoting products, optimizing product listings, analyzing consumer behavior and managing all facets of online branding.

What do they do:

eCommerce Brand Manager develops and implements digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, they research industry trends, optimise digital marketing campaigns, and develop creative strategies. They lead cross-functional teams, monitoring and reporting performance metrics, managing website content for accuracy and creating promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • With experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and understanding of their marketing capabilities.
  • Proven problem solving and strategic plannng skills, with the ability to think critically and drive results.
  • Excellent in communication and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in data analysis and metrics tracking to measure campaign performance and inform decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility on eCommerce platform.
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio to drive profitability and meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the progress of marketing efforts, evaluate performance and make data driven decisions.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives.
  • Lead cross functional teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on critical performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and optimal user experience.
  • Create compelling promotional materials and coordinate their timely delivery across various channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to drive brand success.
