What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing and executing
    brand strategies, campaigns, and promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate
    with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, KOL, and E-commerce) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze
    brand performance, sales trends, and campaign results to recommend improvements.
  • Support product launches
    from planning to post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate
    with influencers and partners to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage content calendars
    and ensure timely posting of marketing materials aligned with brand direction.
  • Research market trends
    and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in brand management, marketing, or e-commerce (experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
  • Strong understanding
    of social media and online marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker
    with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient
    in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate
    about brand storytelling and growth.
