Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an
Administrator
to join our
Project Services team.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Providing support to Sydney team members for their general administration needs and requests including training, travel and meeting coordination
  • Administration tasks – CV management, documentation support for proposals / bids
  • Travel – where required arrange travel bookings for select team members or group travel,
  • Concur expenses – reconciliation of Sydney Admin reimbursements and receipts
  • Meeting Minutes – select meetings where record of actions is required by an administrator
  • Other support needed by Business Groups
  • Communicating with stakeholders for coordination
  • Active participation in administration team meetings

What you will bring to the team:

  • Relevant qualification (Business Administration or similar) and/or previous demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PPT).
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, is essential for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

This job offer can be based either in
Makati, Quezon City or in our office in Cebu
, depending on your home base / location.
