Redcape Hospitality is one of Australia's leading hotel operators, managing over 30 well-known venues across the East Coast — from Townsville to Bendigo, including iconic destinations like the Beach Hotel Byron Bay and The Criterion Hotel Sydney.

As part of our growing support team based in Manila, we are looking for a
POS Support Officer
who will play a key role in supporting the technical systems behind our hospitality operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transactions and high-quality service across our venue network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for system and software issues related to POS, Membership, and Gaming.
  • Administer user accounts, pricing updates, and product configuration.
  • Set up venue promotions and discounts.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with venue staff and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and high-level organisational skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
  • Intermediate Excel and general computer literacy
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience with Bepoz or similar POS software is desirable
  • Customer service background supporting Australian clients (e.g. Telstra, Optus, CommBank) is highly regarded
