About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Mortgage Loan Processor with Australian mortgage background
 to support our home loan operations from 
Conditional Approval to Settlement
. You'll play a key role in reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and validate loan documentation (e.g., conditional documents, valuation reports, title searches).
  • Coordinate mortgage insurance processing and employer/borrower verifications.
  • Provide timely updates to brokers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Monitor and action shared inbox communications and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist underwriters with reworks and ad hoc processing tasks to ensure timely settlements.

 
About You

  • You have hands-on experience in 
    Australian mortgage processing
     or a related financial services role.
  • You understand the 
    end-to-end loan process
    , including credit policy and compliance requirements like the 
    Privacy Act
    .
  • You're a clear and confident communicator, with a 
    customer-first approach
     and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • You're highly 
    organised and detail-oriented
    , able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're 
    tech-savvy
    , comfortable using Microsoft Office and loan processing systems, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
