Position Summary:

  • Accurately and efficiently processes all sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Manages end-to-end order entry and order management activities using internal systems and tools (e.g., Excel, PDF (PO navigation), other tools).
  • Verifies order details including product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as a support by handling administrative tasks related to order fulfillment.
  • Collaborates with sales management, customer service, and purchasing teams to process new and change orders.
  • Monitors account activity for assigned customer groups, ensuring smooth order flow and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Tracks and analyzes sales data, generating reports on order status, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, process orientation, and effective communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or High School Diploma but should have at least 2-years functional experience; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • With 0 to 6 months BPO/CSR experience - Order Entry, Order Management, Quotation, Back Office task
  • Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage
  • Average to Good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions, PDF (PO navigation)
  • Willing to work on night shift and 10 days RTO/monthly
